The Narrative Turn is all about the turn.

In our framework T-U-R-N our exploration starts with:

T = Tapes. The old stories on a loop, ones we take for granted, ones we take as true.

U = Uncouple. Like one train carriage from another, we uncouple, disconnect those stories we thought

R = Re-see. What looks different now? What happens when I let go of my assumptions?

N = New Narrative. Who am in this new picture? Now that my long-held beliefs have dissolved. We start to tune more into our own signal, we start the process of updating the old narratives to form the new. And we restore our inner authority. Which leads to another turn - an authentic and present state that inspires others.
